Buyers be aware!!!! We bought into BFS Home Warranty right after we closed on our house in Pasco County. Right away after closing something was not right with our air conditioner. It wasn't keeping up. I called the warranty company and they sent out a technician. The technician inspected it and said we need a new air conditioning system. I said great it's covered right?!?
