I have been overpaying for many years with this company for life insurance. I have tried calling many, many times and received no call back. I would even call Principal Life directly, and they would invariably refer me back to BFP who I would call again and would get no response. Life would get busy and I would not have the time to doggedly pursue a return call and would continue overpaying.
