I started coming to this gym in end of January, beginning of February. I couldn't feel more at home when I am here! From the first time I came in to every time. Brian, Tom, Ruby, Kari, Meredith are all amazing. They absolutely care about your physical fitness goals and tailor your workout to meet them. Whether your on a plan with them or not, they are never to busy to answer questions, give you tips, or just support. BFITKC is the gym where people strive to become healthier and as a supporting culture. The People at this gym have created a culture where strangers treat you like your longtime friends. The Gym owner is a two-time IFBB Pro! He has trained people looking to get healthier to become IFBB Pro. I highly recommend this place if you want to make a gym with a great culture. He has moved to a bigger location.
