I've been going to BFIt for a couple years now. I am far from a heavy duty gym user. But I never feel unwelcome at all. Very welcoming people. Love the energy. The training is first class. Thank you Meredith! Can't say enough nice things. Brian and his team are fantastic to work with it. Actually makes working out a joy and I look forward to coming. I feel accountable which helps too.

Good variety of equipment and attachments. Owners are great people and membership is reasonably priced. They keep it a little warmer compared to many of my previous gyms which I love and can quickly get a sweat going.
