Been coming for a month now and the variety of workouts, the music, the friendly but direct push is just right! I’m down 8 pounds and my clothes fit better! It’s always clean inside. Nancy does a great job of making everyone feel welcome and encouraging us to reach out goals! I will never leave this place!
