We hired Nabil and his crew to completely renovate our 18th floor condo. There are many contractors out there that won't take on a reno in a high rise given the logistical nightmare of bringing materials up and down the elevator, and working around strict condo board rules and regulations. A big thanks to Nabil and his crew (especially Jake and Carlos) who delivered beautiful functional spaces for a very reasonable cost. We had a big job to get done and a limited budget. Other contractors didn’t want the hassle of working in a condo – but Nabil’s crew stepped up and stuck with it despite many of the frustrations like concrete floors and ceilings, and strict condo management rules. I hired Nabil to do a bathtub to shower conversion after the first Contractor that I hired was a disaster!!! Nabil gave me a great price to fix the mess that this guy had made, and even after he ended up tearing everything out and having to start from scratch, he honoured his original price. He did a fantastic job!!! Not only is he a great Carpenter, he is a trustworthy and all round great guy. He is not happy unless you're happy :-)) See the before and after Pics!! Thank you Nabil!
