We hired BFI Renovations to renovate our basement, four bathrooms, three closet doors, and kitchen and we couldn’t be more impressed with the results. I had a frustrating and frankly unacceptable experience with one of your employees today. They chose to park a company vehicle directly at a stop sign in a busy parking lot, blocking traffic, just to avoid walking a short distance to pick up a Starbucks order at College Square. That kind of behaviour comes across as pure entitlement and a complete disregard for others. When I pointed out that they were obstructing traffic, the employee dismissed me outright with a “yeah, yeah, get lost,” which only made the situation worse. ... read more
Nabil and his team took our unfinished basement and transformed it into a warm, beautiful space that our family can truly enjoy. We now have comfortable extra space for guests, along with a beautiful bathroom and a cozy sitting area. Throughout the project, Nabil was approachable and easy to communicate with.
