I have been seeing roxy for I think almost year now. She has NEVER let me down. I always go in for high lights, a bleach and tone and extensions. Her prices are so amazing with the quality of her work. Not only is she price friendly, she is also very time friendly and never takes a long time for a service. On top of that she is just an amazing person to be around and it’s always so fun at my appointments!
Roxy did extensions for my girlfriend and she was not satisfied with the results at all and for good reason. The work seemed highly rushed, and as you can see in the picture shown below that is not an exaggeration. This service alone was $500 to begin with so these results are absolutely unacceptable, especially for this price range. Used to be a great place to get a haircut. But for some God forsaken reason they won't answer any of my messages nor will they reply back to me on Facebook to make an appointment...thats why I went from 5 stars down to 1... Horrible service!
Absolutely phenomenal customer service! If you're looking to feel like a princess, and make a friend at the same time, then look no further! Will definitely be using her services for more events:)
