I used to see Dray at Genesis Salon up until late 2021. Dray used to cancel my appointments often with zero notice. I’d show up and she wasn’t there half the time. I went to see her one time after I thought she was doing better for highlights. I left with a French braid. She knew I wanted highlights and thought a French braid was acceptable. I have been seeing roxy for I think almost year now. She has NEVER let me down. I always go in for high lights, a bleach and tone and extensions. Her prices are so amazing with the quality of her work. Not only is she price friendly, she is also very time friendly and never takes a long time for a service. On top of that she is just an amazing person to be around and it’s always so fun at my appointments!

Roxy did extensions for my girlfriend and she was not satisfied with the results at all and for good reason. The work seemed highly rushed, and as you can see in the picture shown below that is not an exaggeration. This service alone was $500 to begin with so these results are absolutely unacceptable, especially for this price range. On top of that, the next day when she messaged Roxy to explain that even after washing her hair the results still were not up to her expectations she was then charged another $160 on top of it j... read more
