Pay is absolutely terrible. Won’t pay for a repair bill while on the road. They wait until last minute to make any repairs to a truck which causes drivers to miss loads or have to swap trucks. One of the owners uses company funds like it’s his personal account. They have zero knowledge when it comes to real dot laws. They freely use your vacation time for any reason you miss work. Just overall not worth the headache.
