Jorry has been such an amazing personal trainer and nutrition consultant for me. In the first month alone I’ve seen drastic changes to my body and I’ve gained an increase in discipline in what foods I eat all because of all the service he provides. He’s not just a trainer he’s an ally for everyday life.

This has been and still is a great experience. This was my first time using a personal trainer and being in a group workout setting and every moment has been a hard fought step closer to a healthier version of myself, and I feel this way with each workout I go through. I recommend this gym to anyone who has an ear to listen.
BFB fitness is awesome! The guys are very friendly and supportive no matter which phase you are in. But be on time, its very important to them, its understandable. But overall a great place to start your weight loss journey.
No lie, this is the place to be....Jorry is an exceptional trainer that pushes you and motivates you at the same time. Group training is fun and the time flies by when you are working out here..I have a love hate relationship with this place but I'm telling you, its one of the best things out there if you are serious about getting yourself in shape and healthy!!!
