Every workout is challenging but adapted to your fitness level, so you always feel motivated instead of overwhelmed. The atmosphere is welcoming, the facility is clean, and everyone is friendly. My experience with BFB fitness was really good I enjoyed it a lot. I recommend everyone to try out BFB if your looking for weight training or even personal training. The trainer is very cool and knowledgeable. Group workouts were awesome because your with others whom have similar goals and you can meet new people all in one. Everyone is very friendly and encouraging..
My boy Jorry don’t just train you… he get you RIGHT Real motivation, real work, real results. Best decision I made was tapping in with BFB Fitness ♂️ This was honestly a great workout and jorry was really motivating the mess out of our workout class to keep pushing. I couldn’t ask for a better trainer.
