Excellent service by Kacie. Arrived on time and explained exactly what she was doing and what was going to happen.
The worst customer service out there. We purchased an air conditioner over a month ago and still waiting for it to be installed. When we called them for an update we were told “they don’t work for us” after trying to call them several times and not being able to get through. They don’t return your calls or update you, nothing. Even worse they speak in the most disrespectful manner and treat you like garbage even though you pay so much money. Have fun with the ombudsman complaint that’s coming through for you.
