Honestly, I would strongly advise people to stay away from this gym. At first, everything seemed great — friendly owners, nice environment, good equipment. But the moment you try to cancel, everything changes. I canceled my membership and STILL kept getting charged. In total, I lost around $700 for services I didn’t even use. Would not recommend this place at all. They kept charging me even after I canceled, and I ended up losing around $700 for nothing. Trying to fix it was just a headache with no real help. Also, it honestly feels like their 5-star rating is only because they constantly push people to leave reviews — not because customers are genuinely happy. Looks nice at first, but not worth the stress. Be careful before signing up.
Bezz Training is everything I could wish for in a fitness lifestyle. The facilities are amazingly equipped, spotlessly clean, roomy and well organized. And the training staff is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, patient, and fully adaptable to my fitness level and objectives. I am 68 years old and leave each training session with Felipe fully spent and happily aware that I have moved forward toward my goals.
Ricardo is the best trainer I have ever worked with. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and training, and he is so attentive - I never feel like he’s distracted on his phone during sessions.
