He is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and training, and he is so attentive - I never feel like he’s distracted on his phone during sessions. I've been working out at Bezz for the past couple of months. I appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff, and the equipment is top-notch. They have great personal trainers, and I am really happy with my trainer, Tre. He understands my areas of concern and has created a program to meet my needs. Just as importantly, he is friendly and kind, and I know that he cares. Highly recommend!
