This girl stole my deposit after she rescheduled my appointment same day, last minute but tells customers she needs 24 hrs in advance. She offered no apology or explanation when doing so and showed no remorse for the inconvenience it gave me. She only communicates through confusing text messages and doesn't offer clear communication about expectations for those who are first timers.
