I had an appointment Kara for 2:15 yesterday for a pedicure. I arrived around 2, was greeted as soon as I walked in and told what station I would be at. Kara came over and greeted me and said, “If my 2 o’clock doesn’t show we’ll get started.” I knew if she had a 2 and a 2:15 appointment I was in for a wait. She filled the footbath and what I thought would be a maybe 25-to-30-minute wait ended up being an hour.
