BYR was exceptional. They were responsive, gave a detailed quote, sent an update each day and a report at the end of the day. And the stone repair on the steps looks terrific. Highly recommend.
Alex and the team were friendly, professional, prompt and precise. They got the job done in the time promised and the end result was outstanding. Our deck, patio and hot tub now function as intended and the problems are fixed. Thanks! I highly recommend their services.
Alex and Dennis did a wonderful job on our chain link fence, porch, and back steps. They communicated really well before and during the project, explained our options really clearly, and kept us informed as they gracefully handled old-house issues. The end results are well-built and look great, and bonus, they tidied up the work site beautifully. We're looking forward to asking them back for future work.
I was very happy to work with "Beyond Your Reach"! Dennis is the person who communicated with me, he is very professional and very responsive. He sent his crew in time, and they did a great job!
Dennis is very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional contractor, work progress is on time and prompt follow up on potential issues. However, some subcontractors may need to pay attention on their workmanship quality. Overall, BYR company is a reliable company to work with. Thanks Dennis
