Beware of signing any contracts with this company. They had me sign a contract and then verbally told me how it would work. How they told me it would work is not how they operate. After they switched my provider without any notice I never received any calls to reschedule and then I was charged for 2 months in a row for appointments that I did not ever have as I was unaware that I would get charged.
