Beyond Waterproofing, under Rafael, did a fantastic job in my basement. Gave me exactly what I needed while also providing all the information I needed too. Rafael answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, even when they probably didn't make any sense. I would definitely hire them again if I needed similar services and happy to refer them to other people too. In fact, I already have.
We're very happy with the work that was done!
Beto provided great advice after diagnosing a water infiltration problem at a property I own and that advice, surprisingly, was that I myself could address the problem with adjusting downspout drainage and building up terrain to drive water away from my house. It is rare, in my experience, for any contractor to provide advice which does not allow them to make money, but this is what Beto did and I am extremely grateful.
Very pleasant and knowledgeable about basement water issues. Thanks for the help with updating our home!
