Excellent pricing and trustworthy service. We hired Beyond waterproofing to install a sump pump system. I have no hesitation about asking Rafael any follow up questions; he truly cares about making clients happy!

Beyond Waterproofing helped us twice in the past several years with various leaks in our basement. Many other companies suggested installing sump pumps and other costly interventions which would not have solved the problem. Beyond Waterproofing suggested starting with the least invasive option. They took the time to visit our house multiple times and identify the source of the leak. Rafael was very helpful and listened while he assessed what was needed. The crew who completed the work were terrific and worked diligently to complete the job in one day. The price was very competitive and I am thoroughly delighted with the finished work.
From the very first phone I made I spoke with Michelle in the office. Very kind and helpful and also kept in touch with us . Michelle set me up with the owner Neil who came to our home.
