Don’t pick a load only if it is ready and load Worst company ever I had a time frame from 5 PM till 7 PM They hold my trailer will not give it back 13hours a counting still not ready other drivers as well waiting
I arrived 09:30 for 10:00 appointment and they were closed and the open at 10:15 they when me to wait 24 hours to pick up it's just BS don't waste your time in this warehouse.
Don't come here, first time they put all load at front of trailer with gross of 86000lbs. Then they took some pallets from back of trailer still 36500 on drive axels. I told them to sort evenly. The lady told me they load trailer as per customer needs. I did scale 3rd time, they put all weight on trailer axels with 38000lbs. When I came back they were closed. Beyond Housing or smart Warehousing Whether you Been on time or not, you will wait approximately six hours or more to get loaded Instead of coming here, it is worth to cancel their load or You will lose the whole day, waiting for to get loaded. No over night park allowed.
First of all it’s not smart warehouse , it is actually very stupid warehouse located in the middle of no truck area zone, on the Google maps said opening 8 AM but they are actually open at 9 AM , I tried to call them. The phone number was from Indiana location🤦🏻♂️
