My appointment happened on time. Eye tech and Dr. Poon were very capable and pleasant to deal with. I recommend this group.
Parents, please be careful with this optical store. My daughter got glasses here and they gave her the wrong prescription. She wore them for months, seeing blurry, and only later during another exam at the same store did they admit the mistake. When I brought this up, the manager was very tough and unhelpful, showing no care for our situation. This is unacceptable. Wrong glasses can affect a child’s vision, school, and daily life.
