I had a very bad experience from my last visit. Cyndi who assisted us keep on pushing to either buy a contact lens or a glasses. She keeps on giving unsolicited advice. Cyndi was very condescending and judgemental when we were looking for options. I didn’t feel welcome at all. From all these years I’ve been going here this is my first time that I’ve had an awful experience like this. I am thinking of going to another location or changing my clinic at all!
Been trying to find a good eye doctor in edmonton. And I finally found one. Dr Bain was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional and caring. Also the admin team were amazing as well. Check-in was quick and easy, and also handled all of the insurance claim. Definitely highly recommended

Dr Sharma is awesome. Always patient with all my queries. My twins like him so much.We have been seeing him for more than a decade.Front staff is courteous and very helpful.Pretesting ladies are wonderful.Very accommodating and patient with my girls.Thank you for making us feel welcome on our every visit.
