Had my 1st Reiki healing and it was a wonderful experience. I definitely felt emotions and pain release so know it shifted my energy for sure. After session I felt so at peace and as if I was floating. Have been getting restful sleep and uplifted mood allowing me to do my daily exercise, which I had neglected far too long.
