I’ve been seeing Kimberly for over a year for massage therapy. I’ve seen significant improvement in my shoulder and regular treatments are keeping my migraines at bay. Had my 1st Reiki healing and it was a wonderful experience. I definitely felt emotions and pain release so know it shifted my energy for sure. After session I felt so at peace and as if I was floating. Have been getting restful sleep and uplifted mood allowing me to do my daily exercise, which I had neglected far too long. Its only been a week but I'm excited to work with Kimberly on my healing journey. Next time I'll definitely do the Massage + Reiki so we can move that pain out of my body.
