This shop has such a weird vibe. Every time I go in there the vape nerds that work at the counter act like you are a total dipshit because you don't geek out and know everything there is to know about the newest vape mod. Not to mention the bitchy manager! Give me a break! Anyways I've had several bad experiences with straight attitude along with bad business deals. This establishment, BEYOND VAPE, in my opinion is just what it says!!! The staff is Friendly, they are informed, they know their product. And what it does! They go out of their way to make sure the customer is aware of all aspects to all their Vaping choices!!! 5 + stars.....and I want to thank all the staff for their EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! That place is the "Bomb" I've been in and out of that store, and every time is a different experience, the customer service is excellent and the variety of liquids and equipment is off the hook. Take my word for it this is the place to be, if you wanna start vapeing...
The only reason I ever come in is to see my friends who work there. I feel as if I'm constantly being degraded because I don't know a whole lot about it/am not willing to pay a ridiculous amount of money in order to merely quit smoking. The pretentious atmosphere of the employees is uncomfortable and I can't exactly go in there without struggling to get any service or overhearing very offensive jokes from over the counter. Also if I could not be talked to like an idiot the entire time I'm being "helped" that'd be great.
