Prior to yesterday, I would have nothing but great things to say about this spot. However, I was sold a defective starter kit battery and they refused to change it because of a 14 day policy. Note: I went on vacation for the holiday and brought it back the first day I returned to work. All I asked for was for them to either fix it or replace the battery that they deemed defective as well.
