As winter has been so long and dark meaning of motion on just learning who I am, things have been hard sometimes overwhelming so when I saw this post, I was like I have nothing left to lose and maybe I need a restart. So thank you because it’s exactly what I needed
I would go to this every week if it was available to me. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had! I will suggest this to all women out there that need a place/person to understand and validate your feelings and worries. This world we live it encourages mind over matter, push through it, no pain no gain, and this is so backwards. Life happens in the pauses we allow ourselves to take. This was a much needed pause!
Just finished the Beyond boundaries course and it is absolutely amazing! I didn't expect the course to touch on so many things I didn't even realize I was struggling with. Highly recommend.
Can't recommend Andrea's course Beyond Boundaries enough. I have had so many big "AHA" moments and insights that really have helped me to get to the root of not only WHY I've struggled with boundaries my whole life but more importantly HOW to actually start shifting and taking back my own energy, time, and space. I'm excited to start making the shift and slowly implementing her teachings into my life each day and continue to grow. Thanks Andrea!
Beyond amazing. Felt real progress in only a few sessions. Her course work and homework makes you think and reflect. I look forward to more with her.
