I have been seeing Andrea for a few months now. The insight she gives is exactly what I have been needing. Her holistic approach integrating energy work complements the ART therapy and talk therapy. I have truly never felt more understood, supported and guided in all of my years searching for counsellors. I finally feel like I’m moving forward. I have so much gratitude for Andrea. Life changing.
It’s refreshing to have a person who uses a variety of methods to assist with what you are facing. Love the full experience of counseling paired with nervous system reset, paired with reiki. It’s about shifting your mindset, body and soul. Learnt a tremendous amount of information in the online boundaries - something i needs to learn and apply to all aspects of my life. The Reiki Session was truly transformative. The space felt warm serene and instantly calming. With soft lighting and gentle music creating a peaceful vibe. Andrea was professional explaining the process clearly and making me feel at ease. During the session I sensed a soothing warmth and felt deeply relaxed. Andrea was very intuitive creating an experience of connection and balance. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking stress relief or emotional clarity

I visited Andrea for an integrative reiki session and it was incredible! I particularly enjoyed the way she used grounding techniques at the start so I could fully relax into the session and get the release and insight I needed from it. I will be back soon
