Very insightful & awareness of how I was dealing with things. I appreciate her insight & gentle way of approaching topics. Her forever way of attentive listening skills. Makes me feel validated.
Andrea is a wonderful therapist. Her workshops are very complimentary to her mental health services. I highly recommend her practice and her worjshops
As winter has been so long and dark meaning of motion on just learning who I am, things have been hard sometimes overwhelming so when I saw this post, I was like I have nothing left to lose and maybe I need a restart. So thank you because it’s exactly what I needed
I would go to this every week if it was available to me. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had! I will suggest this to all women out there that need a place/person to understand and validate your feelings and worries. This world we live it encourages mind over matter, push through it, no pain no gain, and this is so backwards. Life happens in the pauses we allow ourselves to take. This was a much needed pause!
Just finished the Beyond boundaries course and it is absolutely amazing! I didn't expect the course to touch on so many things I didn't even realize I was struggling with. Highly recommend.
