Just finished the Beyond boundaries course and it is absolutely amazing! I didn't expect the course to touch on so many things I didn't even realize I was struggling with. Highly recommend.
Can't recommend Andrea's course Beyond Boundaries enough. I have had so many big "AHA" moments and insights that really have helped me to get to the root of not only WHY I've struggled with boundaries my whole life but more importantly HOW to actually start shifting and taking back my own energy, time, and space. I'm excited to start making the shift and slowly implementing her teachings into my life each day and continue to grow. Thanks Andrea!

I have been seeing Andrea for a few months now. The insight she gives is exactly what I have been needing. Her holistic approach integrating energy work complements the ART therapy and talk therapy. It’s refreshing to have a person who uses a variety of methods to assist with what you are facing. Love the full experience of counseling paired with nervous system reset, paired with reiki. It’s about shifting your mindset, body and soul. Learnt a tremendous amount of information in the online boundaries - something i needs to learn and apply to all aspects of my life.
