Highly recommend to meet Sam! There are many gyms around with lots of new machines, fancy equipment and body scans in Brunswick. However, I find it’s hard to find a coach who is genuinely interested in your progress as in his own. Sam is so passionate about reaching the full potential that it becomes contagious. His kindness and overwhelming support makes it possible and it doesn’t matter where you stand right now. So do yourself a favour and just come up! Enjoy the journey and good luck
