The coaching team, and members at Beyond The Workout are all so friendly and welcoming! All the coaches super professional, and really invested in getting to know the members and helping them improve their fitness, stregth, & health, in a fun and safe environment. I would HIGHLY recommend Beyond The Workout to everyone! Whether you’re at the start of your fitness & health journey or a next level athlete, you’ll be welcomed, supported and challenged! Such a fun and supportive gym!! It’s suitable for all fitness and skill levels and you always feel welcome. You can put in the work to achieve results and still have a laugh at the same time!
Great workouts, great meal plans, great coaches. Some gyms are intimidating and scary to come into and train. They are great with all levels..
It's a terrific fitness center near Chirnside park. The staff was very polite. The facility is very user friendly, so you don't feel lost when you arrive alone. There are several classes and resources for virtual platforms in Zoom. Very positive and nonjudgmental vibes.
