Living my best life absolutely obsessed with Beyond Burleigh 40+
I’ve been going to the gym for three months and already feel part of the community. The coaches are super supportive, encouraging and bring lots of laughter to the classes🤣 favourite class of the week is rebound. Shout out to Cindy who makes working out super fun and brings so much positive energy to the classes.
When I joined beyond I told Shane I was only coming for 3 months because I hated exercise. Nearly 2 years later I love it. I love it because of the exceptional trainers and the wonderful amazing people I exercise along side of. I now have a network of friends that inspire me daily to get my bum out of bed and go to gym. Ive been a member of Beyond for six months now and recently completed their six-week Spring Challenge. I really enjoyed the program and learned so much along the way — from new information and recipes suited to my calorie goals to great motivation from the team. I especially loved the Saturday morning classes dedicated to the challenge.
