I cannot recommend Beyond: The Ultimate Transformation and my physical trainer Brendan highly enough. I’m a 46-year-old husband and father of two young boys. Living my best life absolutely obsessed with Beyond Burleigh 40+
I’ve been going to the gym for three months and already feel part of the community. The coaches are super supportive, encouraging and bring lots of laughter to the classes🤣 favourite class of the week is rebound. Shout out to Cindy who makes working out super fun and brings so much positive energy to the classes.
When I joined beyond I told Shane I was only coming for 3 months because I hated exercise. Nearly 2 years later I love it. I love it because of the exceptional trainers and the wonderful amazing people I exercise along side of. I now have a network of friends that inspire me daily to get my bum out of bed and go to gym.
