I absolutely love living in my condo building! The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with great amenities like a gym, pool, and rooftop terrace. The management team is always friendly and responsive, making sure any issues are addressed promptly. The community here is wonderful, and I’ve made some great friends. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to call home!
Love the building! Absolutely beautiful view of the water, large and well laid-out units. While the developer did not install an additional elevator in the building, the board and management have invested in elevator maintenance and capital expenditures which have really reduced downtime. Friendly neighbours, well-behaved dogs, and overall kind community ☺️
The building has problems with the air conditioning. This summer, it has failed twice. The heat is intense (and in my opinion, it doesn't cool enough). The fire alarms go off at least once or twice a week.
If you’re out of shape, supremely patient, and have nowhere important to be, then 2240 Lakeshore’s "charming" waterfront condos are perfect for you! Enjoy the exhilarating experience of weekly elevator breakdowns! Who needs a gym when you can burn an extra 1,000 calories daily by hiking up the stairs? Those tight-fitting pants will thank you.
