I have been going here for about 5 years. Never had an issue til it came time for bleaching and lightening to get desired color. I have a level 2/3 dark brown hair but when I came in, I was a level 8 (the hair colorist there told me). I showed her how light I wanted, which wasn’t much since I had bleached it myself to the desired lightness..ALL they had to do, was fix it meaning lessen the brassiness and even out the highlights.
