Worst hair experience of my life. Completely ruined my hair. I had brown hair and wanted to go blonde and Gizzele the owner explained it would take a year to do that so not to damage my hair, and I said ok. She spent 2 hours and 20 minutes putting in foils for a color correction and was visibly annoyed most of that time. When finished she said I needed more time to process and went in the break room and complained to people my hair was taking too long; she didn’t come back for 20 minutes.
