Worst hair experience of my life. Completely ruined my hair. I had brown hair and wanted to go blonde and Gizzele the owner explained it would take a year to do that so not to damage my hair, and I said ok. She spent 2 hours and 20 minutes putting in foils for a color correction and was visibly annoyed most of that time. I went to the salon with an other salon’s mistake. I was living outside of the country and they had dyed my hair very very dark. I was hoping that it was a professional salon that could help me with the color correction. Instead, I was met with judgment and rude stylist not only did they overcharge me, but I was treated like I had messed my own hair up.
