Posting for my grandmother, she got a haircut for her birthday. And she was very disappointed with her service, there was a 3 inch difference. She was fast, but she never double checked the length nor made sure it was even. My Grandma was very specific about her requests, she wanted a cut and layer. She wanted to be able to put her hair up again. It was not what she wanted. She wanted to give a zero star but that option not a feature. She does not recommend this place at all.
Devin had cut my hair to short and left my hair that was not cut. Very rugged and just rough on my hair. Wouldn't recommend. And yes I left a cash tip still. If you want a bad hairstyle this is the place for you.
My daughter went to get a shoulder length cut and came home with barely any hair left. The stylist butchered it, she looks like she got in a fight with a weed eater. My kid came home sobbing, will definitely never go back

Never again. I paid $140 to have my hair butchered. I have at least 4 different shades of blonde and it’s absolutely nothing like the picture. I had a photo with 4 different views of the haircut I wanted. It should have been simple and it wasn’t a miscommunication. This salon just has no idea what they are doing and I will never be back. Nobody can fix this chop job because it’s already sooo short compared to what I wanted.
