Hands down ALWAYS the best experience for me!!! I love Beyond the Mirror!! You won’t be disappointed!!
Niki was fantastic but I won’t be coming back. It’s like getting your hair done in a daycare. Children running around screaming the whole time, blasting clients with blow dryers, shooting themselves across the salon on rolling chairs. It was insane. If there were parents present, no parenting was done. Not an experience worth dropping a couple hundred dollars for.
Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would! My wife booked an appointment at 10 am with Nikki. When she walked in the person upfront said she would be with her shortly. My Wife is expecting to at least have Nikki come out and approach her and say sorry I’m busy right now. I’ll be right with you. Nothing. My Wife sat there till 1050 until she finally got frustrated enough to say she was gonna leave and the person upfront informed her that he had been calling her multiple times and she’s not answering.
