I reached out 5 days ago. My insurance info was taken and I was told someone would call me to schedule. 4 calls and 2 email submissions and nothing. They blew me off and left me hanging
I was so hopeful after my doctor recommended I check this place out! I filled out the contact us information on their site weeks ago and never received a response. I also called during business hours and never got through. From the reviews they have a great team, but they are certainly lacking in communication. Wished I could have worked with these ladies. Thankfully I was able to get in elsewhere.
I've seen Jen on and off since I was 11. I'm 20 now and she is still the most trustworthy and helpful counseling experience I've ever had.
