The ladies at this store were more than helpful!!! They took the time with me on the phone, and text to make sure I was going to be pleased with the flowers being delivered. That is great customer service! I was calling from out of town and so glad I chose Beyond the Decor for a custom order of flowers. They were very pleasant, professional and patient. I was more than satisfied and so was the person who received of the flowers!!! Beautiful!!!

Super quick and easy experience! I was able to place the order entirely online, and I received a text notification as soon as the flowers were delivered. The process was smooth and completely stress-free, which is perfect for busy people. While I didn’t get to see the flowers myself, I trust they got the job done. I recently used this florist to make a few arrangements for a shower that I was having. They were professional and very helpful. The arrangements were beautiful and we were so pleased with their work. Although this was a small job, I felt that they gave my requests every bit as much attention and consideration as any other large job.
