Booked an appointment with Mark so that he could give us a quote. I emphasized that he would need to be here on time as this is morning and we have lots of activities with the kids. 5 minutes after the time at which he was supposed to be here i get a phone call to say he is stuck in traffic and wont be able to be here for the appointment. If you wish to find someone who respects you and your time - seek someone else to work with.
