I've been working out here since January 2025 and I love it. I have taken Danielle's and Julie's floor reformer classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and they are great for people just starting out in Pilates. All of the classes I've taken are different each time and its definitely a great workout. The stretch classes are excellent, especially when you are sore from a previous class and need a relaxing class to get that lactic acid out of your muscles. I highly recommend Beyond Pilates!
