I was supposed to have three appointments this afternoon, both of my kids and myself, but had to cancel because the insurance coordinator claims she never got a call back with new insurance information, when I called back a little over an hour later. I provided the cell phone number for the carrier of the insurance if any further information was needed; however, the information must have either not been actually written down, or she lost the information. I would NEVER recommend anyone to visit this office.
