Shira has been an incredible coach. She is kind and thoughtful, but also very direct and honest (which I greatly appreciate!). This is the first time in 18+ years I have felt free from the constant shame pattern of eating disorders, and I am incredibly grateful to have found Beyond Rules.
My experience with Beyond Rules Recovery was/is nothing but life changing. Shira and her team are supportive of all individuals who are working towards recovery from eating disorders. They have truly transformed my life for the better, and I am so happy to say that they are continually there to support me on my journey to recovery. I would recommend their program to anyone who is in need of support or is looking for a community to reach out to.
I’m the depths of COVID my daughter and I found this amazing support group. It helped my daughter SO much. She would be having a terrible day and did not want to talk to anyone and after group she would be in such a better head space. The staff is extremely professional, caring, and the meetings touch on many different topics. Can’t say enough great things. The best:)
I found Beyond Rules Recovery just at the right time in my recovery where I needed a push to mover forward.
