One of the best sports massages I’ve ever received! Jake is incredibly skilled at what he does—he applies the right amount of deep, effective pressure to really help muscles release and recover. Both my kids and I see him regularly, and we always walk away feeling so much better. Whether you’re preparing for a big training event or recovering afterward, I highly recommend Jake for top-notch treatment and care.
Jake has helped me stay injury-free throughout my marathon training block. His technique and knowledge of human anatomy have also helped me stay supple and mobile throughout the year. Highly recommended!

Jacob is amazing! I went to him for plantar fasciitis issues and after a couple sessions, home exercises, and a little time I am feeling great. He was so welcoming and WELL INFORMED! I would hands down recommend him.
Had a deep tissue massage and could feel all of the knots and tension getting worked out. Much needed! Jake did a great job and was extremely personable and friendly!
