Jake is awesome! He worked the areas that were screaming to be worked on. He got rid of the tension that has been causing me pain. I've been in search for a good sport/deep tissue massage — and Beyond Recovery Massage is the place. 10/10 recommend.
One of the best sports massages I’ve ever received! Jake is incredibly skilled at what he does—he applies the right amount of deep, effective pressure to really help muscles release and recover. Both my kids and I see him regularly, and we always walk away feeling so much better. Whether you’re preparing for a big training event or recovering afterward, I highly recommend Jake for top-notch treatment and care.
Jake has helped me stay injury-free throughout my marathon training block. His technique and knowledge of human anatomy have also helped me stay supple and mobile throughout the year. Highly recommended!
