Jake has helped me stay injury-free throughout my marathon training block. His technique and knowledge of human anatomy have also helped me stay supple and mobile throughout the year. Highly recommended!

Jacob is amazing! I went to him for plantar fasciitis issues and after a couple sessions, home exercises, and a little time I am feeling great. He was so welcoming and WELL INFORMED! I would hands down recommend him.
