Poor administration. Over a phone I was told my insurance is accepted in this office. Also they had almost a week to verify it. I spent 20 minutes in office to found out it. Thanks they nicely apologized but anyway one star
I had a wonderful experience with the Vaidehi and staff at this place. They were very professional and treated my wife , my 93 year mother and myself doing therapy and we feel like family. We feel comfortable and secure during the treatment. Vaidehi comes to my house and doing therapy to my mother on her hip surgery three times a week.The staff were patient and kind with her and they were able to help my wife back pain and my frozen shoulder issues!
Updated Review After 6 Months of Treatment In the first month of treatment, I experienced about 50% relief from my neck stiffness. The staff was kind, professional, and treated me well. Dr. Shalini is an exceptional doctor—she is always kind, caring, and genuinely attentive to her patients. I truly appreciate her dedication. I was being treated with Vaidehi for 7 sessions for my neck pain and arm pain. The pain has gotten better since I started. I will look forward to work with her. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Vaidehi offcourse !!
