Jeff refused to fill my RXs until a balance on my account of around $250 was paid despite my circumstances and previous track record of hustling to always pay off balances. When I pointed out the discontinuity of care involved in this, Jeff pivoted to simply dropping me altogether over email. I did not receive a 30 day notice to find another provider and he did this without confirming with me whether all of my scripts had been filled enough for 30 days (they were not). We discussed and agreed upon an approach to monitoring my labs as I navigate lifestyle changes; he is incredibly compassionate, engaged, and present.
