Love Beyond cause of -Bianca. She is a very impressive and experienced instructor, funny and motivating. She truly is the only instructor that makes hands on adjustments, to insure the correct posture, which is very helpful. And she keeps her eyes on all 14 clients at all times. You can tell she cares , cause her attention to the clients. She tries to teach in different ways as some learn in various ways . She definitely is challenging though and she will make you work hard. There is no status symbol that compares with muscle. Muscle is the ultimate flex It’s tangible proof you showed up for YOU. You can’t buy it, borrow it, or fake it. I’ve been doing Pilates with Bianca for a year and a half and even followed her from El Cajon to Del Cerro, she’s that good! 🩷 Her classes are never repetitive, always challenging in the best way, and her amazing personality makes every session something I look forward to. She keeps your form safe, your muscles working, and your spirits high.
