I've had neck, back, and knee pain for 25 years and she designed an exercise/stretching program that has really helped. I'm walking straighter and might even be a little taller!

All-around incredible experience with Bonnie @ Beyond PT! I have had multiple sports injuries over the years that have affected my strength and flexibility. Bonnie has put together a brilliant customized program that incorporates Pilates using the Reformer machine and IT...IS...AMAZING. She is so patient yet so driven to see me succeed in my goals for a stronger, more flexible body. I left her feeling stronger and empowered and I couldn’t wait to make my next appointments!
