I have to give a big shout out and alot of credit to this company (special mention to Andy!). Honest, decent and helpful service in comparison to Charles Hurst! Whilst they can’t service my car asap, Andy clearly explained why and what I can try in the meantime. He also put me on the waiting list for any cancellations. Well done and much appreciated!

Just not great. Friendly enough but after test driving the vehicle and confirming an issue was present, they were unable to diagnose it and charged £185 for telling me there was an unusual noise. Sorry, I knew that which is why I booked it in with you 🙄
