Tracy stole 1650$ from me. I have been trying to get it back for 2 years with nothing but excuses from him. I would never conduct business with this person
Tracy is currently my property manager though we are in the process of switching to another management team . Tracy was very responsive to any issues with the tenants however he was constantly late on rental deposits and is now 2 months behind and is unresponsive to our inquiries. I would not recommend him . I will update review if issues are resolved.
Tracey is a amazing landlord. Always easy to contact, and very responsive. He is a very kind and understanding. We couldnt have had a better renter's experience. I would highly recomend anyone to him!
