I had such an amazing experience at Nail Bar 21 that I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely friendly atmosphere that instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had such a great experience! The salon was clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up. My nail tech was friendly, patient, and paid close attention to every detail, my nails came out flawless. The shape, polish, and finish were all perfect, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to everyone I know!
I went to this salon with my mom hoping to find a new go-to spot, but unfortunately this was not it. Not even a day after getting my nails done, the polish started chipping. I went back to have it fixed and politely asked if the issue might be the polish and whether I could change the color or use a different bottle. They told me it would cost $40 just to change the color, so I stuck with the original polish. The very next day, my nails chipped again—worse than before. Highly upset to say the least I paid $110 for a temu version of the nails I originally wanted. This makes me sick to know they have the nerve to charge such a price and do the most terrible job, then they love to talk about you in their language like do better ppl.
