Highly upset to say the least I paid $110 for a temu version of the nails I originally wanted. This makes me sick to know they have the nerve to charge such a price and do the most terrible job, then they love to talk about you in their language like do better ppl. I have searched for more than a year for my NAIL PERSON, the one I know I don’t have to eyeball while getting nails done for lumps or increased thickness or a crooked pointing nail. I HAVE FOUND THAT PERSON HERE!!! I’m reluctant to reveal his name, because it may be harder for me to get an appointment. TOBBY is absolutely superb. Nicole pays such close attention to details and always does an awesome job with my UV gel nails…I can never go back to doing regular gel! She is patient, gets very creative with her design and always deliver what I was looking for. Highly recommend her!
I called Beyond Spa and Nails last minute to see if they could take me, and the gentleman I spoke with told me to come in. When I got there, he was very dismissive and aggressive, telling me they were busy. He said they closed at 6, but they actually close at 6:30 (which I even showed him). The whole experience was terrible—he was extremely rude, stayed on the phone, and literally shooed me away.
Not coming back. The nail tech (a male) didn’t do my cuticles, didn’t do the neck and back massage and was stopping during the manicure to text On his phone numerous times. Very annoyed.
