When I was on the phone with them they talk nice to me
I booked an appointment three days prior for a 10 AM crochet maintenance session via Styleseat. Charmaine was unprofessional, rude, managed her time poorly, and lacked the skill and tools to perform the service I requested. I drove one and one half hours to arrive for my appointment at 9:45, and upon entering the salon, I noted that Charmaine had another active client.
