Jose has been great. We have worked through some hard and easier issues. I'm very happy with my guided progress and recommend him to anyone.

Jose is an amazing counselor that meets you where you are at. He uses evidence based approaches and will challenge you to grow toward healing. After sessions with him, you feel seen and heard and like you have a direction to focus on. I am honored to have had the privilege to work with Jose.
Leah is very great to work with and is very understanding with appointment times. Telehealth appointments have been very vital for us to be able to fit into our busy schedules.
I found Leah after doing lots of research on local therapists and I’m so glad I went with her. She’s so easy to talk to and I don’t feel judged. It’s more like talking to a friend who poses good questions to really make you think about the topic. I go to both individual sessions and couples with my husband. She’s been great for our family and I highly recommend her for anyone!
