Huge gap between the kind of customer service advertised on the website and what I experienced. Got sold mismatched gear with basically no help as a first timer. Maybe it was a fluke, I'll see if they'll help me out

From the reception to the associate in the back,the customer service was excellent and Jada was both professional and personable ensuring my visit was comfortable.
Smitty lights up my smile when he is at the reception desk. He went over and beyond duty to help me transfer my updated certificate to the data base. He was so patient with me on my first visit. I had to come back today after following up with his recommendation to have my certificate screen shot and sent by my dr.
