Who can afford these ridiculous prices?! Do yourself a favor and compare prices to Maryland. You will never come back here. Plus the quality is better.
Extremely disappointed in the professionalism of their staff. Have gotten snarky and rude comments from front desk staff on multiple occasions when I’ve shared constructive feedback about their lack of clear store policies— including that they basically just decide when they want to stop letting walk-in customers onto the floor before they close (I’ve gotten to the store on the later end before store close and it changes each time- randomly- if they want to let me do a walk in order or not). I've been here several times and have yet to have a great experience. Orders are placed on a tablet, not with a human. There's no option to order and speak with a human. Terrible customer experience. Then, I've waited between 20-45 minutes for my order. Process is broken and I've let staff know each time. Understaffed? Poor management? Lack of process evaluation? Lake of caring? The prices at this place are absurd compared to what you can find in DC or Maryland. It comes across that they want to gouge people because they are the only establishment in the area that sells cannabis. Like go onto their website store and look at the difference in price between 3.5 grams of flower and 7 grams of flower. Why is 7 grams more expensive and not a strict double price or less?!
