I was referrred here by my GP a year ago for a hearing report to allow me to continue driving heavy vehicles. It is worth noting that there was nothing wrong with my hearing that I didn't know about or that she could do - other than submit the required paperwork to the right government department saying the things they wanted to hear. Neither of these things happened on the 2 annual visits, despite me being able to pass on to Paula "the what to write" - which she agreed to and "who to write it to" which is doubtful but good ... read more
