Jenn and Shelley are simply amazing! Both make a person feel comfortable. I feel like they have sincere concern for my family’s wellbeing. They truly listen and do what they can to help in any way they can!
Better off going to Fargo. The recording says 72hrs, but in my experience it isnt accurate. I'm sure they're doing their best, but it seems like they cant handle the patient load. Perhaps if there was an online submission form so people could be assured of a call back, but as things stand they have no assurance of being helped. Unfortunate. Update: 2 weeks out and not one returned call.

I left a glowing review when I first began with this office, but no more. Their providers keep jumping ship- I just found out I would need to get ANOTHER new provider or schedule with my provider at their new location. So they cancelled my appointment I’ve had in place for a year and they are booked for 3 additional months after my cancelled appointment that I would need to wait. This happened to me last year as well with my first provider from this office. Not worth the hassle.
They were very helpful, and from there,they were on the ball & they all had pleasent attitudes..w/smiles as well!! Very pleased!! Thank you Beyond Healthcare!!
