I have had an injury for approx 6 month and have seen two different physios with no real improvement, but after just two weeks with Matt, the progress with my leg has been incredible. He takes the time to clearly explain the issues, the muscles involved and what we were going to do to mend the injury. On top of that, he’s given me a detailed and structured plan to ensure not only recovery but prevention of the injury occurring again. I love coming here! I always feel welcomed, the practitioners are very knowledgeable and good at what they do, and they create workout plans to help you with your ailments on top of the Chiro plan and always listen and work with you. it’s definitely the best place I have come for Chiro as they do so much to help you feel better in every session
