Just had our entrance stairway carpeted with the most beautiful carpet. And such an amazing price… Robert and Ryan were our installers. So kind and so knowledgeable. They did an amazing job. And not only did they do an amazing job, they had corrected how the carpet was put in compared to the installers when the home was built. The carpet initially was waterfalled over each step. I like this place. They look ready to get your floors covered with many great selections. However, I'm super impressed with the Gentleman at their beautiful front desk. He was extremely helpful.
The team at Beyond Floors was fantastic. We checked out three other stores and Beyond Floors came in with the best pricing and installation fees. They did not over estimate the material (all three of the other stores came in 10% higher or more). The installers were professional, friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience and our new carpeting looks fantastic. For what it's worth, avoid the place family run business by siblings.
