This food truck serves up AMAZING food! The catfish was fried to perfection and mixed with the right amount of seasoning…so good to eat. I also got the swamp nachos with ranch flavored Doritos chips and I was not disappointed! This was a unique combination of flavors and a great twist to nachos.
